Learn how Enabling's Equipment Maintenance module works with Sage Timberline Office to complete the equipment management solution by helping to protect your most valuable assets - your equipment.

Equipment Planner is a new Enabling module that is an interactive tool allowing companies to better manage their equipment utilization and know at any time where their equipment is located.

  • A Gantt chart calendar gives equipment managers the ability to do scheduling of equipment on jobs helping
    them to avoid double booking and plan more effectively.
  • The same calendar becomes a tool once the equipment is on the job site to track it's location and
    provide accurate billing information.
  • Generate billings based on selected revenue rates (hourly, daily, etc) to the job or to an AR customer.
  • Calendar can be viewed by equipment (what job is this piece of equipment on?) or by job
    (what equipment is on this job?).

Equipment Planner is an add-on module to Equipment Maintenance.
