equipment maintenanceEquipment Maintenance is an add-on product from Enabling that is designed to seamlessly integrate into the Timberline Office suite of operations and financial software. It can operate with or without the Purchasing, Inventory, Payroll or Service Management modules.

By clever use of the Timberline import entry routines, any accounting transactions created in EM are merged into the standard Timberline workflow using the installed Timberline modules.

Equipment Maintenance allows the setup of equipment services and service schedules. Each equipment item can have an unlimited number of schedules driven by multiple meters such as hours, miles, fuel used and dates. Each schedule has its own services or service cycles which automatically generate work orders as the services fall due.

  • Service Management (SM) integration facilitates the primary scheduling of preventative maintenance services based on metrics in EM rather than having to rely solely on the Service Management calendar.
  • Payroll timesheet data entry for labor hours is supported within EM.
  • A list of service technicians can be automatically imported into EM based on either your PR or SM employee records, depending on your requirements.
