QuickCost Version 2.0 Released
The team at Enabling have been getting some great feedback in the market with respect to their QuickCost product. September 2007 brought the release of QuickCost v2.0 providing the additional functionality that our customers had been asking for.

Here are just 3 of the 27 new features we’ve incorporated into v2.0.

• Create summary and recurring invoices linked to QuickCost projects for billing, and allocate time and expenses to
  these invoices in the Billing Manager.
• Supports offline mode with Outlook, allowing coding of time and expenses while outside the office.
• Create Summary invoices, hiding unnecessary detail.
• Create your own Crystal Reports across the QuickCost database views, and or tables.

Report Runner & Financial Report Runner now part of Orchid Information Manager
The Enabling IP products, report runner and financial report runner have been incorporated into Orchid’s top selling Information Manager.

"It made logical sense from a business and customer perspective”, Enabling Director Gary Taiaroa said. “We had two great products in report runner and financial report runner and by incorporating them into the well-known Information Manager; we knew that we would get better distribution of the two products. We also knew that the functionality would boost the appeal of Orchid’s Information Manager, it is a compelling Sage Accpac enhancement, customers will certainly be getting a lot features for their money".

The transitions of the report runners officially happens in time for the Sage Accpac Conference in South Africa. "It’s good timing for us” said Taiaroa," Orchid Systems and Enabling IP are sisters companies within the Enabling Group and our developers have been working tirelessly implementing the changes and getting the products polished and tested for release for South Africa conference. The guys have implemented some innovations along the way and it will be good to get some feedback from the resellers at the conference”

Enabling IP showcasing at TPAC Canada
Enabling IP will be on hand to show case there latest enhancements for Sage Accpac ERP, Sage CRM and Sage Timberline. “TPAC is a great trade show that is certainly a highlight on the calendar. We find we are always well received and the attendance is always high”, Reef Fielding, Enabling IP.

Enabling IP launches at the Hunter Valley
Enabling officially launched their new business unit Enabling IP at the Sage Insights 2006 conference.

Enabling have always enhanced the Sage products for their customers and it was a natural progression according to Enabling NZ Development Manager Ashok Parmar "The products were bringing real value and business benefits to our customers, so it was only a matter of time before we would want to start offering these enhancements to the wider Sage community"

Enabling CEO Gary Taiaroa said the Enabling IP business is purely focused on delivering quality enhancements, "Our Australasian launch is exciting, it’s certainly a big step forward and something we have wanted to do for some time. We will be launching Enabling IP in North America and South Africa in 2007. The feedback already has been excellent, it’s good to get such positive feedback, especially when our team have worked so hard getting these products right".
